GMP+ (FEMAS) and HACCP
Royal Nedalco never compromises when it comes to food and feed safety. The company is regularly audited by accredited auditors from certified bodies and by our core customer groups in order to maintain the highest level of food and feed safety. Our latest GMP certificates can be viewed here: certificate Bergen op Zoom, certificate Sas van Gent.

Raw materials
All raw materials are traceable to the source. Nedalco maintains long-term working relationships with all its main suppliers, all of which share the company’s dedication to guaranteeing optimally safe and high-quality raw materials. An extensive auditing program ensures that all suppliers are audited on a regular basis.

Process control
The entire process forms part of a comprehensive in-process monitoring and control system. This robust system enables Royal Nedalco to guarantee the quality of all its products.

Product control
All alcohol and feed products are controlled using analytical characterization of the product. Depending on the outlet, these controls are based on either EU 110/2008, EP; volume 6, NEN 15376 and prEN 15293:2008 or PDV regulations. Please note that specific dedicated customer products have their own tailor-made specifications that are only valid for that particular product and customer.

Organoleptic Quality Assessment
Neutrality of alcohol is key to the product. Selected and trained panel members evaluate and grade the neutral alcohol every day. The panel is trained and selected according to the ISO-8586 guidelines. The Nedalco panel is currently comprised of twelve members and is regarded as an expert panel on grading neutral spirits.
